Lovinger Building (LOV)

Home to UCM’s College of Education, the Lovinger Building was constructed in 1968 and named after Warren C. Lovinger, who served as UCM’s 10th president from 1959 to 1979. In addition to housing the university’s Teacher Education, Psychology, and Career and Technology programs, the lower level housed the University High School until it closed in 1976. It is also home to the THRIVE program, which prepares students with disabilities to transition to independent living and find employment.
