Houts (HH)
Located in the west campus, these coed residence halls serve 390 upperclass students. The halls feature two-room suites with a connecting shared bath. The facility is home to the Honors and Education learning communities and Safe and Inclusive Living (SAIL). The complex was named for emeritus faculty members Gertrude Hosey, professor of education, and Fanita Houts, dean of women.
Living in one of UCM Housing’s learning communities allows you to connect with other students who share your academic major or interests and take 6-7 credit hours together in the fall semester.
