The North Campus Green surrounds a pedestrian walkway that flows southward from Plachy Hall, through the student housing area to the Student Union Building.
Landscaping on the green and along the walkway creates a welcoming, natural space for students to enjoy while walking through campus, hanging out on warm spring days, or during campus events. Events held on the North Campus Green include street dances, tailgate parties, community concerts, and other open events.
