The Adams State President’s home was built in 1929 and reflects the Hispanic culture of the San Luis Valley through its Spanish Revival style architecture. Named in honor of Adams State’s fourth president John Marvel, Ph.D., it is listed in the City of Alamosa’s Historic Registry.
