We love offering our students things they won’t find at any other school – It’s a Trine Thing! The Depot Mexican Grill is a great example. We transformed the former Lakeshore Train Depot into a fun on-campus eatery. Modeled after a certain restaurant chain named after smoked jalapeno peppers, The Depot Mexican Grill specializes in burritos and tacos featuring fresh, local and sustainable ingredients. We mix it up at dinner with themed meals throughout the week.
