Jerome M. Sachs Administrative Building (C)

While you may never have class here, the Sachs Administrative Building is the place where administrators and staff work to ensure the smooth operations of the University and to build our community of scholars and active alumni.

Housed here are the Office of the President, the Office of the Provost and the NEIU Foundation – Northeastern’s official fundraising agency and the source of many of our institutional scholarships.

The building was named in honor of Dr. Jerome Sachs, professor of mathematics and the first president of Northeastern. It is also known as “the beehive” for its distinctive honeycomb-shaped exterior.
